課程概述

本課程為碩士班專題討論(PPM7001)與博士班專題討論(PPM8001),包涵(1)文獻回顧及研究方向演講(碩一、博一)及 (2) 研二及博二以上發表Research Progress (Result)。 

課程目標
三、 本學期文獻回顧及研究方向演講將以進行研究方向/題目的文獻回顧為主,請選擇10篇以上研究方向/題目之文獻(Literature review 以Research articles為主)進行整合性研究進展和待突破問題/未來發展介紹,並且提出自己將要進行相關研究的方向/問題和研究方法簡介。 
課程要求

碩士班同學之修課:[第一學期] 學號單號者報告 "整合性病害防治或微生物應用" 領域papers,學號雙號者報告 "植物-微生物分子交互作用" 領域papers,不可選擇與本身或實驗室研究領域相關的題目;[第二學期] 碩士論文主題之文獻回顧報告,請彙整至少10篇與論文研究密切相關之papers;[第三學期] 學號雙號者報告 "整合性病害防治或微生物應用" 領域papers,學號單號者報告 "植物-微生物分子交互作用" 領域papers,不可選擇與本身或實驗室研究領域相關的題目;[第四學期] 論文研究成果發表。博士班同學之修課,四個學期中,應有三個學期報告 "整合性防治或微生物應用" 及 "植物-微生物分子交互作用" 領域papers,一個學期進行博士論文主題之文獻回顧報告,其他規定同前述。

Master students: [1st semester] the student with an odd ID number should present a topic related to “integrated disease management or applied microbiology”, and the students with an even ID number should present a topic related to “molecular plant-microbe interaction” (the topic has to be ‘unrelated’ to your or your Lab’s research topics); [2nd semester] a literature review for the research topic of your thesis (please compile at least 10 papers highly related to your research); [3rd semester] the student with an even ID number should present a topic related to “integrated disease management or applied microbiology”, and the student with an odd ID number should present a topic related to “molecular plant-microbe interaction” (the topic has to be ‘unrelated’ to your or your Lab’s research topics); [4th semester] research progress presentation. PhD students: among the four semesters, the student should present topics related to “integrated disease management or applied microbiology” and “molecular plant-microbe interaction” in three semesters, and present a literature review for the research topic of his/her dissertation in one semester. Other requirements are as above mentioned.
